WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police filed more charges against a man accused in a Dec. 28 burglary of a West Ashley neighborhood.

According to police, 22-year-old Koty Allen Tolly, of Conservancy Lane, has also been charged in connection to a Dec. 30 burglary at Golf Carts of Charleston on Savannah Highway, and a Dec. 26 Luna Court burglary.

Tolly was initially charged with second-degree burglary. Police have since added charges of receiving stolen goods and financial card transaction fraud.

Officers responded to the Manny's Neighborhood Grille on Old Town Road around 5 a.m. on Dec. 28 and found that someone had forced open the rear door of the restaurant.

Police are still investigating the crimes.
