MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man recently inducted into the Orange Bowl Hall of Fame and a woman were arrested last week on prostitution charges in Myrtle Beach.

According to a police report from Myrtle Beach police, 54-year-old Terry Kinard along with 40-year-old Helen Lynn Corbin were arrested after a patrol officer caught Corbin performing oral sex on Kinard.

Corbin reportedly had an outstanding bench warrant for prostitution, police said. Kinard told the officer that he had paid $20 for sex, the report states.

The report states that Kinard was not read his Miranda warning at first because officers were still trying to determine if a crime had been committed.

Shortly after, Corbin and Kinard were both taken to jail. Kinard's car was picked up by someone else, police said.

Detention center records show Corbin is still in custody. Kinard is not listed as still being in the jail.

Kinard was inducted on Jan. 2 into the Orange Bowl Hall of Fame as one of Clemson's legendary players who helped win the school's only national championship. His college career was commemorated with inductions into the Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame in 1992 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2001.

He was drafted 10th by the New York Giants in 1983, and helped the team win a Super Bowl in 1986.

Between 1983 and 1989, he played for the Giants. In his final season as a pro football player, Kinard played for the Houston Oilers.
