2013 saw OmPrompt add to the growing list of blue chip companies that are turning to customer automation management to bridge gaps in their order-to-cash processes.

OmPrompt witnessed a 38% rise in the volume of messages processed as the likes of DB Schenker, Dannon US, Miller Brands, Danone UK, and The Kellogg Company - some of the big names in consumer goods, healthcare and logistics - sought an effective managed solution to customer automation.
