Daren Stoltzfus joins ABC News 4 as the Weekend Sports Anchor and sports reporter.

His earned a degree in Journalism and Electronic Media with an emphasis on Sports from the University of Tennessee—Knoxville, where he worked as a student reporter for ESPNU Campus Connection. While in school, he also interned at WJHL and the Johnson City Press.

Daren comes to the Lowcountry from Harrisonburg, Virginia where he worked at WHSV. During his time there he served as Weekend sports anchor and eventually served as the station's Sports Director.

Daren is looking forward to covering the Clemson/Carolina rivalry and the trio of local colleges. He also loves covering high school sports.

In his free time, Daren loves the beach, watching sports, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching movies.

He is looking forward to making a home in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.
