JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- There will be a special homecoming at the Charleston International Airport Wednesday.

Joint Base officials announced that more than 20 members from the 315th Security Forces

The Air Force Reservists have been gone for six months.

While deployed, they provided aircraft security in the Middle East and were also responsible for providing base security when needed.

The reservists will be welcomed home in shifts by family, friends and other military members starting around 4:30 p.m. and continuing as their flights come in throughout the evening.
