COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Sixteen members of a group who stopped traffic trying to enter a South Carolina Statehouse parking area are headed to court following the third protest against the state's decision not to accept federal money to expand Medicaid.

Columbia police ticked supporters of the South Carolina Progressive Network for obstructing traffic during their third protest since January known as "Truthful Tuesday."

Progressive Network Director Brett Bursey says the group is protesting the state's decision not to accept federal money to expand Medicaid under the nation's new health care law.

Those who oppose Medicaid expansion say there are better ways to get health care to poor people than accept federal money that may not always be there.
