NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- North Charleston police have arrested a man for the Club Camouflage shooting that happened last month.

Officials said 22-year-old Montrel Joseph Ford was arrested Friday evening.

According to police, officers were set to Club Camouflage on Dorchester Road shortly before 2 a.m. March 22, and found two people inside the club with gunshot wounds to their legs.

Police saw a car speeding away from the scene and stopped it, officials said. Inside the car was another person who said he had also just been shot at the club.

A fourth gunshot victim was dropped off at St. Francis Hospital, officials said.

A spokesperson with NCPD said Ford was identified as the shooting suspect.

Investigators said they found Ford inside a black SUV outside of a business on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston.

Ford was arrested and charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Officials said another passenger in the SUV, 25-year-old Anthony Terrell Middleton, had active warrants with Charleston City and was also arrested.

Ford is expected to appear before a bond judge Saturday evening.
