3 men wanted on a series of Orangeburg burglaries

Posted: Updated:

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WCIV) – Orangeburg deputies are hunting for three men after recovering a cache of stolen electronics, guns, and jewelry.

According to deputies, Daniel Goodwin Jr., Marcus Goodwin, and D'Erio Dysha Mack are all wanted on burglary charges stemming from crimes that date back to March 27.

"Today we can announce that we have recovered items reported stolen in burglaries dating back to March 27. We have located jewelry, clothing, laptops, televisions and guns," said Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell.

The two Goodwin men and Mack allegedly broke into six homes and stole items that deputies recovered after executing a search warrant over the weekend.

"It is deplorable what people like Mack and the Goodwins are doing but it is equally troubling knowing that citizens are giving these thieves $50 to purchase a television or computer that is valued at $500," Ravenell said.

He went on to say that people should not trust people selling items out of the trunks of their cars and asked anyone who may have bought items from the three suspects to contact deputies.

Anyone with information about the location of Mack, Daniel or Marcus Goodwin is asked to contact Investigations at the Sheriff's Office at 803-534-3550 or CrimeStoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
