Posted: Updated:
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – Three people were arrested at a North Charleston hotel Tuesday afternoon after police found an alleged meth lab.

According to North Charleston police, Justin Greene, Brooke Boerman, and Rebecca Beach were all charged with attempting to manufacture meth.

Police say officers on patrol could smell a foul odor coming from one of the rooms at the In Town Suites on Rivers Avenue and figured out that a meth bake was taking place.

North Charleston firefighters secured the materials and Greene, Boerman, and Beach were all taken to the Charleston County Detention Center.

The three are awaiting bond hearings.
