POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate and execute promotion of station events to include on-site management and outside marketing. Schedule promotion and public service spots in daily program logs. Write, produce and edit daily news topical promotions. Assist with station image and program promotion. Serve as liaison with organizations and clients
REQUIREMENTS: College degree in Journalism, English or Marketing. Demonstrated abilities in broadcast marketing and event planning. Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in use of computers and linear/non-linear editing equipment essential. Must have own transportation and flexibility to work occasional evenings, holidays and weekends. Must be detailed orientated, an enthusiastic and energetic self-starter and able to multi-task.
