DOUBLE SPRINGS - AL - Winston County Sheriff Rick Harris says one of his investigators, Sgt Grady Concord, was arrested and charged with manufacturing of meth 2nd degree.

"Concord was acting alone in this behavior," according to Sheriff Harris, who expresses extreme disappointment in the actions of Concord.
The FBI and Alabama Beverage Control Board assisted with the ongoing investigation. They plan to file more charges Thursday.

The alleged crime happened in Walker County, though Concord was transported to Lauderdale County Jail, where he remains with a $500,000 cash bond.

Concord was terminated from his job on Wednesday.
