MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) -- Police are looking for two men who robbed a pizza shop in Mount Pleasant Monday morning.

Officers responded to the Little Caesar's Pizza on Bowman Road just after 9 a.m.

According to the incident report, the manager of the store said he was going to take the night deposit to the bank but when he approached his vehicle, he was jumped by an unknown male.

The victim said the suspect, described as a masked black male wearing a gray shirt, was armed, but could not say what the weapon was. The suspect took the bag and got into a gray Nissan Maxima with paper Rick Hendrick tags.

The victim told police there were at least two people in the car as it left the parking lot towards Highway 17.

If anyone knows anything about this or any other crime, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
