Tuscaloosa man arrested for sexual abuse

TUSCALOOA COUNTY - AL - A 35-year-old is facing a charge of sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old.

Tuscaloosa police arrested Clemmie Lee Spencer after investigators were contacted on June 19th about a sexual abuse case. Investigators spoke with a 9-year-old female victim about the incident. After further investigation, a warrant was obtained against Spencer.  Investigators say the alleged incident occurred on 19th Street in 2013.

He was arrested in March for rape second-degree with a 13-year-old victim at the same location.
