Georgetown to shut off water on 5 streets

GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCIV) -- Georgetown's water department will shut off water service to several streets Monday morning for maintenance.

According to officials, residents on Dawson, Olive, Rosemary, Birch, and South Bay streets could lose water service Monday morning while crews make a service connection tap.

The service interruption is expected to start around 9 a.m. and last until 2 p.m.

Anyone with questions can call the Water Utility Department at 843-545-4500.
